Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function correctly, improve performance, and provide information to the site owner. Cookies may be "session cookies" (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent cookies" (stored on your device for a defined period or until manually deleted).

2. How Isignali Uses Cookies

Isignali Technologies (Pvt) Ltd uses a minimal set of cookies to operate the Isignali platform. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies. The table below describes every cookie we set or allow on the Service.

4. Essential Cookies

The isignali_session cookie is strictly necessary for the Service to function. It stores an encrypted JWT that identifies your authenticated session. Without this cookie, you cannot log in or access any protected features. This cookie is set as HttpOnly (not accessible to JavaScript) and Secure (only transmitted over HTTPS), providing strong protection against session hijacking. Because it is essential, it does not require your consent under applicable law.

5. Analytics Cookies

We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics tool, to understand how users navigate the platform. Umami does not use cookies that track you across websites, does not collect personally identifiable information, and does not share data with third parties. The analytics data is used solely to improve the Service. You may opt out of analytics tracking by enabling the "Do Not Track" setting in your browser.

6. Managing Cookies

You can control and manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when a new cookie is set. Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using the Service.

Browser-specific guidance:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the Service. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
